Where do you ship?
We ship everywhere. Ordered items will be shipped every friday. Local shipments are estimated to take 1 - 3 business days. International shipments could take up to 3 weeks depending on the destination.
Sisterbrandt designstudio is based in Copenhagen, Denmark, and therefore all orders are sent from Denmark via Post Denmark.
Standard shipments do not have insurance or trackability. If you need to have trackability, please contact us before making the purchase. A tracking number costs 10 euro extra per. parcel.
Customs Charges
The buyer is responsible for any customs/duties/VAT tax/Local Tax if necessary.

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal.

How secure is this store?

Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?
No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.
If I want to return some products
We take the utmost care with our products, and package them in the same way. For this reason, an item may only be returned if it does not meet your expectations. It must be unused and in it’s original packaging.
In this case, please email us as soon as possible to discuss the options. Once we have received the item back, we will then issue a refund to your PayPal account. Any shipping costs involved will be the responsibility of the customer.
Please note that we cannot be responsible for damages/loss caused during shipping.
